Holding Your Hand Through Perinatal Mental Illness
When the journey to or through parenthood feels darker than you ever imagined—when every day feels like a battle you're not sure you can win— you don't have to face it alone.
When you need someone who's been there
Some thoughts are too dark to say out loud to just anyone. Some fears feel too heavy to explain.
But what if you didn't have to explain?
Our peer supporters have walked through their own perinatal mental health struggles. They know the weight of intrusive thoughts. The overwhelming guilt. The isolation. They've found their way through and they're here to walk beside you as you find yours.
Weekly Supportive Stay and Play
Whether you're expecting or already caring for your little one, our weekly sessions offer a warm, welcoming space. Share stories over tea, let your baby explore, and connect with others who truly understand. No masks needed here.
One-to-One Peer Support
Sometimes you need someone who's walked this difficult path and come out the other side. Our trained peer supporters have been where you are. They listen without judgment and offer the understanding that only lived experience can bring.
Wellbeing Packs
On the hardest days, even small comforts can make a difference. Our thoughtfully curated wellbeing packs bring a moment of care directly to you—a tangible reminder that you matter and you're not forgotten.
Training for professionals, businesses and organisations.
If your team or organisation would benefit from training in perinatal mental health, we offer friendly, bespoke sessions tailored to your needs.
Raising Awareness
We regularly host community events, including our annual perinatal mental health awareness walk and family fun day. Interested in coming along or inviting us to your event? We’d love to hear from you.
